Guided Journal

It’s not always good to be unrestrictive. In this case, we actually want to restrict your creativity.

Guided Journals use something called Systems which are essentially a little config that contains all the questions in order. You can create custom ones or use a preset.

Then when you create a guided journal entry, you’ll see a bunch of questions that we can answer. By default, you should aim to answer from top to bottom since it’s meant to guide you.

For example, you have a system for tackling problems. You want to start with the what then the why then the how etc. Showing you all the questions wouldn’t be the most helpful in this situation.
