This is a normal Ai chat UI but with a couple cool things.

Firstly, there are 2 modes:

• Assistant: Where the AI has access to your memorised content, your memory, your goals and has a custom prompt to steer it to be helpful

• General: You literally just use the AI and that’s it. No system prompts, no access to anything etc. If you have leftover AI credits then you can use them for this.

Assistant

The AI has access to the following things:

• Normal and Prompted journal entries

• Goals

• Goal Logs

• Memory

You can ask it questions about a bunch of things and it’ll automatically choose what content to access etc. The quality of the AI Chat will vary depending on content, question, AI model etc.

The AI can’t access Guided Journals at the moment

We don’t currently store any AI chats. We’ll eventually be adding that since you probably want to see how your memory has changed over time or look back at an answer the AI gave.

Entries

Normal journal entries and prompted entries, also let you chat to an AI instance that has access to your current journal entry. This can help with discussing problems in real time. Whenever you update the content, the AI’s context will auto update.
