Upgrading update/optimistic behaviors

The Open Source version doesn’t have this problem but the main Jadebook has some bugs.

For example, removing a tag from an entry and going back to the home page will still show the tag in the list/grid. This does actually update eventually, once the document saves, the journal is refreshed but this has a 2-3 second delay. Ideally, we should handle this using optimistic updates.
